Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates should have graduated with a full-time degree from any recognised University/Institute with a minimum of 60% or equivalent grade.
  • Candidates appearing for their final semester exam in the current year are also eligible to apply.
  • Admission for GATE qualified students: Applicants with a valid GATE score & Percentile scores of 80 & above will undergo an interview for admission.
  • Admission for non-GATE qualified students: Candidates who do not have valid GATE scores or have a Percentile score less than 80 will have to appear in the written test to be conducted by ECSE-MU, followed by an interview for the shortlisted candidates.

STIPEND

For GATE Qualified Students

For GATE qualified & admitted students, each will be offered Teaching Assistantship, including a Stipend of Rs 15,000 per month plus free Boarding and Lodging.

For non-GATE Qualified Students:

  • For non-GATE pass applicants to the MU M.Tech. Programs, excellent basis performance in the M.Tech.
  • Admission Tests and subsequent Interviews conducted by MU, the University PG Admissions Committee, may recommend the award of a few M.Tech. Teaching Assistantships for select candidates.
  • The M.Tech. Teaching Assistantship includes a Stipend of Rs 15,000 per month plus free Boarding and Lodging on campus.
